Pennsylvania’s 2026 Regional Wrestling Qualifiers give wrestlers from across the state the chance to compete and earn a spot in the Keystone State Championships. Eligible wrestlers must live in one of the participating counties within their region and must register using their school name. Qualifier events are held in each region—Northwest, Southwest, Central, Northeast, and Southeast—at designated venues. The top 5 placewinners in the 6U division and the top 7 in the 8U,10U, 12U 14U & 16U age groups will advance to the state championships. All regional place winners receive a custom regional singlet, which is to be worn at the state tournament to represent their region. Girls from all Pennsylvania counties are eligible to compete in the Keystone State Championships without having to qualify through regionals.

Top 7 placers in each age group qualify for the State Championships. Top 5 in the 6U Division.

Wrestlers must be a resident in one of the following counties: Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, Fayette, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Juniata, Mifflin, or Somerset
Wrestlers must be a resident in one of the following counties: Bradford, Carbon, Columbia, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Pike, Potter, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, or Wyoming
