Pennsylvania’s 2025 Regional Wrestling Qualifiers give wrestlers from across the state the chance to compete and earn a spot in the Keystone State Championships. Eligible wrestlers must live in one of the participating counties within their region and must register using their school name. Qualifier events are held in each region—Northwest, Southwest, Central, Northeast, and Southeast—at designated venues. The top 5 placewinners in the 6U division and the top 7 in Youth, 13 & 14, and 15 & 16 age groups will advance to the state championships. All regional placewinners receive a custom regional singlet, which is to be worn at the state tournament to represent their region. Girls from all Pennsylvania counties are eligible to compete in the Keystone State Championships without having to qualify through regionals.
