IMPORTANT DATES
ALL GIRLS WEIGH INS AND WRESTLING AT THE KEYSTONE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE BY DIVISION AND WILL RUN SIMULTAINIOUSLY WITH THE COORDINATING BOYS DIVISION
FOR EXAMPLE: ALL 13- 14 & 16 - 16 GIRLS WILL RUN AT THE SAME TIME AS THE 13- 14 & 15-16 BOYS
To support the growth of girls wrestling, the Keystone State Championships DOES NOT REQUIRE girls to qualify at the regional tournaments to compete at the Keystone State Championships. Girls are to register directly for the state tournament. ALL Pennsylvania girls no older that 16 as of December 31, 2023 are eligible to compete at the State Tournament.
ALL GIRLS WILL ALSO RECEIVE A WRESTLER PACKET AT WEIGH INS THAT WILL INCLUDE THEIR KEYSTONE TSHIRT, COACHES PASSES, ETC.

SINGLETS & GEAR
Girls Keystone State Championships divisions are an open registration tournament. We are not requiring the girls wrestle in a qualifier and are allowing all girls that want to compete, the opportunity. This format does not allow the ability to order singlets in correct sizes because of registration being open until March 8, 2024. We are offering the girls the opportunity to wear their regional singlet, if they choose, to wear at the State Tournament. MyHouse has set up a store for girls to purchase a singlet. This is OPTIONAL, girls are welcome to wear any singlet of their choice.

OPTIONAL WRESTLING
All regional qualifiers will have an open girls tournament for extra mat time. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND TO GO TO STATES. Girls must wrestle in the girls division only at the qualifiers. Registration is open for the girls divisions on or you can walk-in register. These events will be bracketed using madison weights. Girls from any region can attend any girls open tournament at the Regional Qualifiers. See the REGIONAL QUALIFIER tab for Regional Qualifiers, dates, and registration. NEW THIS YEAR! Girls will receive a custom medal at the Qualifiers.
THE CHANGES TO THE GIRLS KEYSTONE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE IN DIRECT RESPONSE TO OUR ZOOM MEETINGS AND QUESTIONAIRRE. YOUR INPUT IS VALUED AND IMPORTANT. PLEASE CONTINUE TO SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK.
