Pennsylvania representatives from the east and the west have partnered to bring you the best opportunity for one state tournament and the best competition to award one true state champ in each division.

Pennsylvania has been divided into 5 regions based on the counties across the Commonwealth. Wrestlers from each county have been assigned a regional location where they will register and wrestle for the opportunity to qualify for the Keystone State Championships March 13-15, 2026 at the amazing, centrally located, Bryce Jordan Center located in the Central Region in State College, PA.
The top 8 wrestlers from each weight class in each region will qualify for the State Tournament.
Wrestlers will compete in their assigned regional location to qualify for the State Tournament.
Double elimination format with no true second place - only one true champion per weight class.
